Day 2: Pray for the coordination of the event
Please pray for all those involved in the coordination of this event. Pray for the planning, hotel, DVD, speakers and Crossroads staff.
“Nevertheless we made our prayer unto our God and set a watch…(and) they which builded on the wall… every one with one of his hands wrought in the work, and with the other hand held a weapon.” Nehemiah 4:9, 17
Our God and heavenly Father, we ask today for all the people that are working behind the scenes to make the banquet a success. Father, You have given us all the weapons we need—prayer and Your Word. United in prayer we ask that You keep everyone safe and healthy, that all the pieces would fall into place and every last detail would be addressed. Fill each person working in each area of the banquet with wisdom, patience and love. In Jesus name, Amen.

15 Days of Prayer for the Banquet
Yesterday marked 15 days until our annual banquet. We would like to ask you to join us in praying for the banquet over the next 15 days. This is a great opportunity to pray for the elderly in the care centers as well as Crossroads Ministries. We appreciate you taking the time to pray for Crossroads and this event.
May you be blessed as you take the needs to the Lord with praise and thanksgiving. We would love to hear your stories, so please let us know what has happened in your life as a result of your time in prayer. Post it here on our blog.
Thanks again and may you be blessed abundantly.

Day 1: Pray that the speakers are led by the Holy Spirit
Pray for the speakers as they prepare to serve those who attend the banquet. Pray they will share only those things that are ordained by the Lord to share. Pray they will hear the voice of the Holy Spirit as they prepare and speak.
“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.” Psalm 19:14
Heavenly Father, we lift up all those who will be speaking during the banquet. Even now begin to fill their hearts and their minds with what You would have them share. Remind them of past experiences. May they share that which highlights serving the elderly and above all else, that which glorifies You. Quicken them to the leading of the Holy Spirit. We ask this in the matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
